We made it to the end of the Dalton Highway today (Deadhorse or Prudhoe Bay), then took a flight over to Baker Island to look for polar bears. It’s windy with blowing snow tonight, but hopefully tomorrow will be clear enough to take some pictures. In any event here a few photos from the last two days…
We’ve been traveling North on the Dalton Highway headed to Prudhoe Bay and the northern coast of Alaska. We crossed the Yukon river in morning. We crossed into the Arctic Circle yesterday afternoon.
