We made it to the end of the Dalton Highway today (Deadhorse or Prudhoe Bay), then took a flight over to Baker Island to look for polar bears. It’s windy with blowing snow tonight, but hopefully tomorrow will be clear enough to take some pictures. In any event here a few photos from the last two days…

So are you on that expensive road to” No Where?” We just want to know where our tax dollars have been going… The pictures are wonderful!!
Wow!! This brings back memories of 1964 when I drove home from Fairbanks with my Air Force room mate. This is incredible country. Looks like nothing has changed. Just cold, snow and raw wilderness. Fabulous!!!
